Terms of Service

By booking a service with Clear Jet Cleaning, you agree to the following terms.
1. Services Provided
Clear Jet Cleaning provides cosmetic aircraft detailing services only. Our services do not constitute aircraft maintenance, repair, modification, or airworthiness certification under Transport Canada regulations. We are not an Aircraft Maintenance Organization (AMO).
2. Booking and Payment
All bookings are requests until confirmed by Clear Jet Cleaning. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Payment is due upon completion of service or as agreed in advance. We reserve the right to adjust pricing based on aircraft condition upon arrival.
3. Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Weather-related cancellations are rescheduled at no charge.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for ensuring the aircraft is in a safe and accessible condition for cosmetic detailing. The client must have authorization to approve work on the aircraft. The client is responsible for disclosing any known damage or conditions prior to service.
5. Limitation of Liability
Clear Jet Cleaning takes reasonable care to prevent damage during service. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or conditions not disclosed prior to service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
6. Insurance
Clear Jet Cleaning carries liability insurance. Certificate of insurance is available upon request.
7. Photographs and Documentation
We take pre-service and post-service photographs for documentation purposes. These photographs are for service records only and will not be used for marketing without your explicit written consent.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
